This is my attempt at peeled paint I did it as it said in CS and it did'nt work so I watched Julia Andrus on you tube and that worked better. In Cs they say allow to dry overnight before rubbing off top layer mine all came off.I painted some mountboard then Vaseline then another coat of paint heat dried and then rubbed off while still warm.

Looks great Becky. like purple clouds behind a plant!

I think when I did it i allowed it to dry overnight but I think i was quite mean with the vaseline.

Will look out for the article and have another play soon.

Is this in the new Craft Stamper??  In which case I'll have to wait until the middle of next week.  Now who's teasing!!!

Love the colours Becky, shame I cant really see the effect in the photo.

thanks for telling us that Becky - will try it your way.  CS are a bit hit and miss with their instructions aren't they?  Having said that they do have some great projects

Yep but need to get the mag first.  All depends on what you are using too to get the effect.

I'll have to go hunting in the "bruck" drawer in the kitchen.  That's where most of the unused things go these days.

Thank you ladies...

I used a copper base paint and over poainted in antique white.  The stamp was a paper artsy stamp.

I really enjoyed doing it (once I got round to it!!)
