Love the page Vonny I never knew it depended on what fork you use for making pastry prehaps that why my pastry was not good but my cakes were yummy and I never used a mixer all by hand.

it is the 'fats' that we think matter -the font is not very clear once it has been scanned, sorry. Have never used a fork at all I don't think. Good to know your cakes were scrummy- I can remember how hard it is to do the creaming part by hand  Confused

Thinking about it, if you "suffer" from warm hands then using a fork does make sense.  I don't have that problem as circulation stops at my wrists Laughing
