Is it hard to squeeze because the nozzle is blocked Becky?  If it is then, clear the blockage with a pin and then after every use tap the base of the bottle on your desk/table sharply a couple of times and squeeze the nozzle into a babywipe, or some such, to clear the nozzle.

Hope this helps

At the Stitches show,  Tim told us to bang the GA bottle on a table once you have used it - this causes the GA to fall back and not block the nozzle - seems to be working so far!

I just love " Tim told us ..... " Very Happy

I keep a pin in mine when I'm not using it.  Seems to work well.

I keep mine upside down so it is not blocked I guess it is just my blasted wrist but my anita's one I can only use as paint so won't buy that again  Laughing you try to save money  Laughing  Laughing

I have had no problem with Anita's one but then haven't used it for a while.Perhaps it's the heat? Cool
Tried the pin idea but it went rusty!

I have brought a new Rangers one will use the remainder of Anita's one as paint  Laughing I use it for alot of things.

I wonder if a drop (or two) of alcohol ink might not give a nice slightly tinted glaze to the Anitas.

I'm thinking that you can buy tinted Glossy Accents so why not experiment?  I seem to recall that Anitas needs to be used in very thin layers.  So glad I changed to GA Laughing

I think you can colour PVA with water based stuff eg acrylics and dye inks and I think these products are similar - not sure about alcohol inks. If you try Becky let us know how it goes! Wink

I have gone over to the small bottles of glossy accent ( 18 ml). They are great and much easier to work with for small details.

These small bottles now come in glossy accent, glossy crackle and CH multi media matt which I use as glue including gluing metal.
