I know this isn't stamoing but many of us enjoy other crafts too, so was wondering if anyone was going to this?

I really enjoyed this today but am tired out. It is about two and a half times the size of the scrapbook and stamping show at Ally Pally!
Seemed to be a very good balance of different stall tho perhaps more yarns than anything else - lots of hand dyed and space dyed ones especially. Such beautiful colours! Quite a few fabric stalls too and alos ones selling dyes and paints and beads. No card making stalls which I had been led to expect and I was happy with this as it wasn't what I went for. Bought a couple of books on machine quilting and a fair bit of fabric. Smile

Sounds good Vonny.  I'm really getting back into knitting at the moment.  I'm knitting a shetland shawl for the grandchild to be and also knitting bed sox for my daughter in law for christmas (her request) with Noro Japanese sock wool.  I also got some lovely Baby Cashmere and a pattern for knitting very modern bootees - more like little boots!  Just loving being a grandma in waiting!!

Glad you had a good time at the show Vonny I don't knit any more as my fingers won't let me although I knitted a monkey earlier this year.

shame about your fingers Becky, but then you have more time for card making!
Jennie, there are some lovely yarns out there, sounds like you have your work cut out in the knitting dept as well as all your other projects

I had a fancy to do some knitting during the winter.  I am now a sleeve short of a cardigan Surprised   Cannot believe it has taken me so long to do as in my knitting heyday I was churning them out fortnightly Laughing

Sounds like someone here and Zander's sweater with linons on it. Only I have 1 and a half arm left.
