I'm off to the Artsy craft weekend on Friday - I can't wait. I will share with you all what we have done next week. Hoping to pick up some good tips.

I also think that I might buy some metal craft tools as I don't have any. I know they use Ten Seconds Studio - but I do remember someone mentioning another company but I can't remember who or what the company was. Which do you recommend?

Walnut Hollow is what you are looking for Jo. Laughing

One place you can get it from is www.thestampman.co.uk I have bought from them recently and am impressed with how quickly the goods came. Smile

Envy you your weekend at Artsycraft and look forward to hearing all about it.

Mickie x

Enjoy your weekend Jo. You'll learn lots of techniques and come home with many new ideas spinning in your head. Wish I was going as they are great teachers.

Mickie.....Your tools .....do you use the same handle and shift the heads for the different tools?

I can answer that yes the Walnit Hollow ones do. A friend just bought the starter kit and you get a good set including two ball and cup tools (for making rivets) although one is pretty small. they also only put in a 3 by 3 inch square of metal. Suggest you buy aluminium metal to start with as you can colour it in many ways. You can then go for copper or the other wonderful colours if you get into it.
